DocuFlow provides document generation services including but not limited to invoices, contracts, agreements, and certificates through its desktop application.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are one-time purchases for lifetime access. We do not offer refunds except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

DocuFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
